There are a lot of clampers which are applied to various kinds of labor-saving usage.
1.Spring-return single-action clamper.
2.Double-action clamper which function has mechanical-lock system for safety.

These clampers are developed for the large sized press including transfer press by automatically travels to the edge of the upper die at clamping and the edge of the slide at unclamping.
Pneumatic components such as air-cylinder or rotary-actuator are installed for positioning.

They are installed in front of the press bolster to move the dies in and out, which are carried by the hoist or folk-lifter.

Die Roller
They are installed in the U-slot or T-slot of the bolster, which makes it easy to carry the dies in and out by spring power.
Die Lifter
They are installed in the U-slot or T-slot of the bolster, which makes it easy to carry the dies in and out by hydraulic power.
Air Lifter
This is the air-lifter by pneumatic power source, carries and positions the dies in and out on the bolster freely and smoothly.

This is the compact combination hydraulic power source unit of Pump (Air Hydraulic Pump), directional valve, pressure switch and relief valve with oil tank.
2 types: Panel Mount, Arrange on the oil tank.

This unit is combined with non-leak valve, pressure switch, and relief valve.
The numbers of the hydraulic circuits are selectable for usage. Two operation methods are available, solenoid or manual.
